Cornflower

This rare white variety of Centaurea cyanus, traditionally known as the cornflower, has been carefully pressed and framed by hand in our studio in the Netherlands. With its soft, layered petals and airy form, it brings a sense of lightness and quiet grace to any space.

The name “cornflower” dates back to a time when these wild blooms thrived among fields of grain. Growing freely between rows of barley and rye, they became a symbol of simplicity and the beauty that exists beyond cultivation.
